Do not use a lifted length shock with stock springs, it'll ruin the shock and be noisy with poor ride quality. Bilstein are pricey but they make a good shock, and it's stock ride height. Other than that you can go genuine too.

I'm pretty sure the OME shocks are stock length, unless you get the part numbers that end in L.

Sorry... I was imagining he was asking about the extended length, as I'm not sure why it would even be a question with the stock length.

OME is is a stock length shocks good for up to a 3" lift. They do not make an extended length except for Bill Davis at GBR's.
That OME Sport Shock will give you a great ride.

They do make an extended length shock, as indicated by the link I posted.

I stand corrected, this must be a fairly new addition to their line. In the past year or so, Bill Davis had been the only one paying to have an extended version. Glad to see they are now available.

I installed a set of OME Nitochargers (soft 60026) on the rear of my 2001 with stock SLS today and I'm really impressed with the ride. (Way more better than the stock OEM's) I'll order a set for the front at my next payday.

I got the front OME Nitrochargers installed last night and boy having these all the way around sure improves the ride over the stock units. Installation on the front is a little more complicated (mostly getting them out of the engine bay) but got it done in under 2 hours. I used the softer versons on the rears 60026 and the standard units on the front 60024. They are definitly the way to go.

Just took off 4 rusty OME shocks, of the 8 bushings, 3 were blown after 2 years of mild use, sweet!
