What year and mileage does your truck have?
Bank 2 is the pass side sensor 2 is the rear sensor.

If your truck has over 85k on itthen its time to ditch all four of the sensors if its a Disco one and get new ones. Should run around 400 total. You should ask DiscoMike about the website thats the cheapest to get em from, I would tell you but I just cant remember.

That is a fun O2 sensor to change. Its plug is up above the transmission... Check the wires and connection before buying a new one though, it could be as simple as the plug coming undone (it was in my case and also in another within the past couple days). P0160 leads me to believe the sensor is either unplugged or the wire harness is damaged.
