I just bought a 1997 Discovery, so I am new to Land Rovers. I love it so far. The Disco has a few dents in the hood (one is not repairable) and I would like to replace it. The dealer wants ~$850 for a new hood. Are there any other places I can look for a less expensive hood (bonnet)? What about other body parts?

I've got a 97 also so welcolme. Check eBay it's the obvious choice. I've seen a bunch of parts and I think there are a couple of trucks being parted out. Good luck.

 

there is a guy in the for sale area with a rolled 98, it might work if it is not crushed, check with him.

 

Ebay is prob your best bet. Good luck!
