the first sign to me that this is garbage is that they say "teak" instead of "tweak"!! this is a WASTE of money!! kind of like those resistors they sell on ebay

daniep...they claim a 3-6 mpg increase

With an average of say 15 mpg stock, that would be an increase of 20-40% in mpg!

IMO, If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is...

but I'll nominate you to be the guinea pig...try it and report back

There have many debates over the last few years on chips and if they work, for the most parts, they don't with the exception of a $500 set up where you send in your ECU and have it programmed.
What exactly are you wanting form your 03?
By the way, is your on Rovers list for failing oil pumps?

You won't get it with a rich running engine, the product of a chip.
What sort of mileage do you get in town and on the road? What have you done to improve your MPG so far?

Trying to get better MPG out of a Land Rover is like trying to get better MPG out of the Queen Mary.
Not much you can do. A chip wont help.
