Performance Chips

There are no good chips for Discos just get that thought out of your head. Just come to terms with the fact that you drive a brick on wheels gas mileage and performance suck. Do your self a favor and concentrate on the fundamentals good plugs and wires, good 93 octane gas and good driving habits. Also keep your truck maintained like you have OCD especially the coolant, oil (synthetic please) and driveshaft u-joints (if rebuilt, if not rebuild it with greasable ujoints). Also put a can of techron in the tank every oil change.

here is the simple fundamentals of automotive design,,,
a ferrari or a porsche are designed with power and speed in mind. not to off road or crawl over rocks.
a land rover was designed to be slow and crawl over rocks. or drive in snow and ice with ease. not to be fast and have atom bombs for engines.
any amount of extra power is not going to improve the function of what a land rover is intended for. what will is ground clearance and good tires.
enjoy your land rover at a snails pace as it was meant to be.

i have a few chips...
Pringles, Fritos, Ruffles, Doritos.... and if eaten with enough red bull... Your rover will be faster.....
But seriously. the words "Fast", "Performance", "Economical" and "Sporty" are words NEVER to be used in the same sentence, or better yet, paragraph, with the word "Rover"

One of the best ones on the market costs $500 and you have to send in your ECU to have it rebuilt.
There is a slight gain in power but at the expense of gas and as I mentioned before, not worth it.
So as I asked before, what have you done so far to improve your trucks performance?????????????????
