Default Persistant P0134 Code

Just can't get rid of this P0134 code!

The things I've tried:

1) replaced the O2 sensor twice
2) replaced the MAF
3) replaced the engine harness
4) reset the ECU multiple times

Truck idles rough and runs in open loop all the time. Also, hesitation when taking off.

No other codes present.

Anybody got any ideas?

What brand of parts did you use?

first have you tried to swap the sensors from side to side and see if you have a faulty sensor. Many people have gotten numerous Bosch faulty sensors in a row. Also do you have a scanner that provides live data from the ecm or can you get your hands on one?

Thanks Guys,

I've tried a known working genuine Bosch and currently have a new no brand one in there.

I do have a Nanocom which will give me live data out of the ECM.

Going to check the number 2 fuse. If the fuse is good I'll have a look at the readings.

ok if not just swap the o2 sensors after u hook it up and see if it works that way with the nanocom going. If not you might have to trace the voltage back to the ecm that's why I sent the electrical diagram also. Hope you can sort it out

I checked the fuse and it's fine. Swapped it out anyway and made no difference. Nanocom is saying .44v Bank A and .99 Bank A.

The engine harness is new genuine from the ECU to the sensor. Could it be an earth wire I missed when I was installing the harness?

possibly BC the code is no signal to the ecm from the sensor. Have you checked the continuity from the ecm to the plug or the volts coming out of the ecm. It's not getting power somewhere

And check it running a few minutes and see if there is any variations on the voltage
