Default R and R headgasket?

I am getting ready to get some estimates for Removal and Replacement of the headgaskets in my 2000 disco II. How many hours are should I be billed for doing this along with changing out the water pump while they are in there?
I remember that there is a manual that lists the number of billable hours for a given R and R based on vehicle but I dont remember the name of the manual.

thanks guys!

About 12 hours. Parts (at minimum) are the head gaskets, valley gasket, upper IM gasket, rocker cover gaskets, o'ring for top hose, head bolts, exhaust manifold gaskets. Also add in the cost of getting heads machined.

Dealership is 10 hours. Had mine done at my local one and had brought the Atlantic British composite kit with head bolts. All in all, It cost me around $1200.00.

Word to the wise, take the opportunity to switch from the crappy Dexcool to regular green coolant. Mine was done 2 years ago with special gaskets, and that Dexcool has already eaten the right rear corner. Was able to temporarily stop that leak, but next spring I'll have to get that job done again. You can be assured that the pink stuff will be history !

Flag time on a non-SAI engine is 10.0 or 10.5 hours plus any additional sublet let charges for head work. At your mileage, you may to look at the valves and see what shape they are in.
That being said $1450 is a fair price parts and labor, plus wires if needed and possible machine shop charges.

Same gasket problem here so what other things should be replaced while I have the heads off?

T/stat, new 8 mm plug wires, any hoses, especially if the upper hose is the old style with the bleeder screw in the hose, not the Tee, belt and plugs.

Comments on DexCool ranging from "It's the anti-Christ" and it eats head gaskets (above) to "if changed every two years, it's fine"...

So, given that I got my Rover at 55K, it was serviced by the dealer previously, and I have changed the DexCool at 60K (and again recently when I replaced all the hoses, 70K), what's the likelyhood I will need to redo the head gaskets?
