Default RAVE manual problem

OK guys here is the deal, I recently tried to open my rave manual (as I have hundreds of times before) and now I am having problems. I am using the manual for the disco 1 that was downloaded from http://green-oval.com/joomla/index.p...d=13&Itemid=29 (just re downloaded it this morning with no difference) when I first open it I get the splash page (waterfall) then I click and get the main vehicle menu, then when I select a vehicle it just opens up and shows the picture of that vehicle and that is all, I do not get all the normal info on the left side of the page like I used to get.

don't know if anyone can help me with this but I would love to hear everyones thoughts or suggestions. I feel naked without that manual!!!!!

Has adobe been updated on your pc/mac?

I would uninstall the adobe and install an older version. You can search for older versions of software online.

did that it didn't make a difference, and I think the reason is because the rave manual (at least mine) is all self contained and it includes (and uses)adobe reader 4.

Well I have two forms of RAVE... one from a CD I bought years ago. and the one from landroverresource link

This the version of Adobe that starts with the one I have installed...both have the self contained adobe.

tried that as well, I have pretty much tried messing around with everything on the reader 4.0 then I tried opening the specific .PDF files in my newer reader and it says I need a plug in, but the version 4 comes with the plug in so I am lost

Man I wish I could help. That was all I could think of. Umm can you post a screen shot of the screen where the disco is the only thing you see?

Also, I know sometimes software wont run if the PC clock is set to a previous date before the software was made... is your clock correct?
