Default Reaching out to the D2 section for a bumper end cap

Posted a thread a little while ago about hitting a snowbank and putting a crack in the front bumper.... turns out its just the passenger side end cap that is cracked and needs to be replaced. The passenger section of the bumper was pushed back maybe an inch but barely noticeable. I have to renew my registration and get a new inspection sticker by the end of April and the crack in the end cap will not pass. Ive posted in the wanted classifieds about wanting a used end cap and Ive messaged Paul Grant twice now with no response. Ive contacted a couple other LR used parts people around and they dont have the parts either. Anyone here in the D2 section have access to a used passenger side end cap for a 2004 D2 SE? I also need both horn buttons and the clips. Im literally desperate now.

RoversNorth sells the end cap un painted for over $100 and Roverlandparts sells it for even more $$$. A piece of plastic that is used and prone to cracking as it is is not worth $100 in my opinion. I just need something to get me a sticker. Still plan on replacing the entire bumper later this season with a RoversNorth bumper anyways.... so any help would be appreciated.

wait.. you can't get an inspection sticker because you are missing a cosmetic piece of bumper?
get some duct tape and cover it up... problem solved.

I dont have an ebay account and yes in the state of NH if you have a crack in your front or rear bumper then it will fail the safety part of the inspection. You can put duct tape over the crack and it will still fail inspection. I worked at a inspection station for a couple months and learned alot about the inspection requirements for NH vehicles.

But on the flip side we are one of the few sales tax free states, with very lenient gun laws and auto insurance is not mandatory. Cost of living is not to bad and good jobs. So all is not bad here, just bad when you want to buy land or when its time to inspect your vehicle.
