Default Rear skylight stuck open -help!!

Truck's been sitting for awhile. Thought some of the electronics had **** the bed like the skylights, but recently charged the battery up for 12 hrs on 6 V 200 amp and suddenly electronics were all working again... Was able to open/shut both skylight windows... then after about 10 min they went out again and rear skylight is stuck open.

Is this a battery issue i.e. when battery is low do electronics go kaput? Not all of them went kaput tho, more the accessory ones. Can't wrap my head around it.

Low voltage/amperage- not enough juice to move it in the cold weather. Start truck, let it run and warm up. You can do it manual if necessary.

I didn't know there is a manual crank option. Which panel?

Thanks. I put it back on the charger and a few hours later, there was enough voltage it closed... Strange!

There is a small square tab in the o/h console that you can remove and get a long allen wrench in, suggest an allen socket on an extension. Don't remember the size.

Are you sure about the specifications of the charger you were using? I've never seen a 6V, 200 amp charger. You need a 12V charger for a modern automotive system.

4mm. My rear sunroof won't close down. It opens and closes with the the switches, but won't finish.
Nor does the crank close the rear sunroof, at all. I can crank it open, but can't crank it closed, even if the sunroof is open. Anymore force and the 4mm will break.
