I've finally gotten around to replacing my left front speed sensor to hopefully fix my three amigos problem yet again. I was told the cable is broken. My question is about how long does it take to replace the speed sensor (i.e. what does a shop spec it out at?)

Same question for a new radiator, as I need a new one of those too.

I'm thinking of letting my local shop do it, but they are quoting me 3 hours on the radiator and about 2 on the speed sensor. Does that sound right? Are there any instructions online for a 2002 Disco II SE?

Any help is very appreciated.
