Im starting to get a noise up front, sounds like its coming from the pulley on the tensioner. Like a low "uuuuuuuurrrrrrr" sound. The Disco just got a new belt a couple months ago-

How easy is it to do the pulley?

 

really easy. Just take your belt off and unbolt the tensioner, bolt on the new one and put the belt back on. Maybe a couple other things need to come of to get to it but I don't recall off the top of my head.
