Default Replacing with used engine What additional parts to order?

This forum has been a valuable resource since we bought our 1st Disco II in May ..... we now have 2 projects (2000 4.0 Bosch and now a 2004 4.6) ... these things are addicting.
First up is my daughters 2000 4.0 after chasing multiple issues misfires etc, in line thermostat mod, got the temp down and got the vehicle to pass the emissions test started getting combustion gas in the coolant without oil/coolant mix, then temp went from 192 and happy to 230 instantly HG blew and now have a milkshake.
Just bought a used complete engine that i will be dropping in this weekend.

What additional parts do I need to get to do the swap? Gaskets? Seals?
I am going to put new plug wires on while it is out because the coil is a pain to get to.

Thanks

You should be fine with new head gaskets, no need for a whole new engine unless you have a cracked block and the 4.0 is not known for that.

I just finished swapping over motors. I had the head gaskets done (V. Reinz with stretch bolts) on the donor engine because it is alot easier to do when out, coils, plugs, wires, deleted all the SAI, new water pump, vacuum lines, and the in-line PCV valve (best $8 you will ever spend). My donor was only 110k but I considered new timing chain and oil pump but decided against it.

I already have the HG kit from Lucky8 I am sure it will go in at some point. I figured it would be easier and faster to drop a whole engine in rather than do the HG job and then wait on the machine shop. I will rebuild the old one once it is out and confirmed that the liners are ok. it will give me an opportunity to go over the whole thing upgrade cam etc...
I just want to make sure whether there are any seals and gaskets that I will need. Thanks for the tip on inline PCV I will do that and maybe new coils. No SAI on this one, so all good there, but the 04 does have SAI and i hate it, something as simple as taking out a spark plug is a PIA.

Make sure you get the whole rear main seal... it is in multiple parts, not just the doughnut.
