Default Roof leak

I Had a bad leak. I put caulking all around the sunroof and managed to bring it down to minor leak only on the corners. But on both corners

Now i am lost as to where the water is coming from since the sunroof is sealed up

will post pic of the leak spot

Very likely at the end of the rain rail where it meets the top left windshield. Check that there are no small openings there. Make sense?

That corner is notorious for water ingress because the seal meets the rain rail edge and is cracked or rotted allowing water in.

Pull the headliner, drive it three weeks without headliner in. You will find you leaks.

Check the seals around the roof rack rails as well.

Roof rails seal leak a lot

And go over the attached TSB, I had a huge leak from the top corner not being sealing actual pine needles in there

I've been chasing leaks on my 03.

Had a windscreen leak which was solved when I had the windscreen replaced and sealed much better.

Had sunroof leaks. Sealed them and disconnected the switches.

Had some minor rear leaks. Did new sealant on the alpine windows and fixed that.

Had an other leak that would get the front passenger seat belt wet and the headliner above it wet. Sealed the gutter to solve that.

I also put new sealant around the roof rails just in case.

We have recently had really hard rain and no water ingress.

so guys is it possible the water is coming in through there? Is that spot supposed to be sealed? As you can see , I had put some clear caulking to seal up the windshield edge.
