Rover Diesel options?
This is more for a future project but are there any Rover Diesel options for DII's? I would love to throw a 300Tdi into my DII however I know that PA DOT requires that you have an engine the same model year or newer in your Vehicle. Does anyone know if the TD6 is US DOT compliant?

Land Rovers have the aerodynamics of a brick, speed wasn't a deciding factor when I bought it

from everything I gather at the end of the day to do a complete engine job new with warranty (gas) is real close to 10k. As far as diesel less maintance,longevity,torx...Im sure a lot less leaks...But then again,everything/anything leaks less then a gas rover motor.

even if you went to a dealer you could get everything done for $4k.
indie shop more like $1500-$2000.
do it yourself for $500.
