Default Rovertym Lift

Alright guys...

I just ordered a Rovertym 2" lift. I saw on the website that they are relocating to a new facility and will be closed for awhile so I went ahead and placed the order. I'll post before/after pics as soon as it ships and I get it installed. I feel like an eight year-old waiting for Christmas!!!

Rover Time. now you have the lift on order it's time for bigger tires. i prefer treadwright.com and for your truck i would go 265/75/16 Guard Dog (E)

Thumbs up Merry Christmas!

SAH-Weet! Pictures must be posted! Watch the install videos Lucky8 has posted before hand and you'll be good to go. Install is pretty darn easy, WD40, a nice breaker bar, and speed ratchets are your friends.

Thanks guys. Another quick question -- I'm wondering how the truck would look with the 2" lift on stock tires? It would only be for a short time but I can't help but install the lift when I get it. Any photos? My searches have come up dry (except for yloDiscoII's photos before new tires -- thanks for those).

I'd like to see that, too.

While I haven't yet decided on the Rovertym, OME or TerraFirma 2" lift kit, I will more than likely have the kit before I have the tires and won't be able to resist installation, either.

Thanks, Rob. That's not so bad.....but again, not as good as with the big meats, though.

What roof rack is that?

No problem. I wouldn't have minded driving it around like that...for a little while at least

The rack is a genuine LR rack that I got on Craigslist. It is the "expedition" rack. DAP sells them as I found out just recently ---> Land Rover Discovery II Accessories
