Default Running board install help

While trying to install some running boards one of the bolts snapped today. I can't seem to figure out it's size/dimensions from RAVE, anyone know what/where I could get a replacement for this bolt:

These suckers are so rusted I've only been able to get one off successfully, so if I can hunt down the above part I might buy a few and cut off the other 2 bolts! thanks in advance

I had a similar problem when installing mine, my problem was I rounded off one of the bolt heads. So I had to use a a pair of channel locks and torque it to the bolt. Finally I got the bolt loose and everything went on fine. But i was concerned that if I couldn't the bolt loose then how do I cut the bolt from the tight space above so that it falls through. If you can saw it off you would have to find a way to get a new one in there. I would go with channel locks and torque em to the bolt and use an impact wrench on nut. If you don't have access to an impact wrench then a long breaker bar should work.
