SAI Pump Relay?

Can someone point me to the SAI pump relay?
I am assuming it is one of the two relays denoted by a "see manual" icon on the cover of the engine compartment fuse box.
However, neither the RAV nor the owner's manual seem to indicate which relay it actually is.
Any help on this would be appreciated.

Thanks, I figured it was one of those two with the "see manual" icon on it.
Also, can you point me to the fuse box diagrams in the RAV (section or page number), so I can bookmark it for future reference. (I searched on "fuse box" and got like 250 hits in the pdf).
Finally, while I have you on the line, can you tell me whether my SAI pump not running (pump itself tests good when 12V applied to it) during conditions when it should be running (ambient temp above 15C, coolant temp below 55C) could be the source of my hard starting then stalling problem?
Here's a link to that thread

Basically, I am wondering whether if the SAI pump isn't working but the SAI solenoid is, could the SAI valves be opening but with no pressure from the pump be allowing exhaust pressure to go back up the SAI plumbing rather than the other way around? The reason I ask is that during the hard start/stalling phase, the engine makes what I can only describe as muffled backfiring noises that sound like they might actually be happening in the SAI plumbing, with no misfire or SAI codes being thrown.
