Default SAI pump test

Anyone have a few pics they can share of performing a test of the SAI pump? I put a new one on and it immediately thru the P1412 and P1415 SES light. I checked the vacuum
lines running to and from the air canister that is mounted on it. seem good. not showing any cracks or tears on the rubber elbow that connects to it.

I know R6 relay in the fuse box under the hood is the one that controls the pump with pins 30/87 being the ones to jump. but would be nice for a pic or 2 of that being
done.

Also, which line on the vacuum canister connects to the intake manifold vacuum port? There is a rubber fitting that the plastic/silicone line goes into that connects
that line to the intake. On my rig, that is really soft and is not making a very good connection. (ie: easily comes off). Can you get these rubber connector parts?

thx.

You do not have to use the factory lines, you can use normal rubber hoses, if you like the factory lines you can cut the elbow off and replace with normal vacuum hoses. I use a paperclip for a jumper, pull the relay and shove the straightened out paperclip in to a U down in those two slots. Should be diagrams of the vacuum lines in the Rave, or look up pics on trucks for sale on BAT.

meaning with the relay pulled out there are only 2 slots where the relay plugs in that I would be bridging....don't want to fubar something...(not that I haven't done that before)

SAI pump is working. I reset the 2 codes (P1412 and P1415) using my ultraguage and since doing so fired up this morning and the SAI pump came for around 90 seconds.
was around 50 deg here this morning (florida). shut off. this unit is MUCHO quieter than the prior one. So the pump is good.
