Not sure if you are just needing to replace a switch or are wanting to add them to a truck that does not have them?
Rover Connection sells the upgrade kit for the Disco 2 that includes the 2 switches and the panel with the cutouts. I did this for my '99 D2. Easy job, well worth it. Not sure about availability for other Rover models. Be careful, only some years of the D2 had the heating pads in the seats regardless of whether they were hooked up. I think it was only up through 2000 that they put the pads in all front seats, even if the truck did not have the heated seats option. On later models you need to confirm that you have the heater pads in the seats, and I'm not sure how you go about doing this.
Hope this helps

I bought that kit from Rover connection for my 2000 Discovery SD. It was easy to install. When I hit the switch, no heat came from the seats. Fuses are good. I guess I don't have the elements in my seats. Rovers North sell's elements for $32.59 ea. for the bottoms and $46.55 ea. for the backs. I was told that all D2's with leather have the elements but that is not true.
