I hope to be there friday night, i had to order a new driveshaft for the front and the guys from Luky8 got with Tom Woods to have mine expedited so that its here by thursday.

I might also be looking for a local place to rebuild mine and keep as a spare just in case but we will see.

That is great news Juan. The guys at Lucky8 are 5 star with there customer service. They have always gone above and beyond to help me out. I really like the Tom Woods I got from them.

Speaking of good news. It looks like I'm going to be able to make it up there after all. I will take off early Saturday morning and hopefully be up there around the time they open at 8am (that makes my ETA closer to 9am rover time). I'm not sure how much abuse I will put my truck through but I'll make it up there. I'll leave the tough stuff to you guys with lockers and if someone hasn't claimed it yet I call shotgun in your ride.

You can drink out there right? I noticed that they are having some type of event up try so I hope the place isn't to busy.

You can ride with me, trough the harder trails Though I won't be going as hard core as Dusty1. I assume it's the same as Gilmer just not in the trails.

Also this has been my first big purchase from Lucky8 and it went exceptionally well for being an over the phone question/order. I'll be buying more from them for sure. Thanks for letting me know they carried the DS Jared.

Thinking about Dusty's close call with the ACE hose blowing and almost catching his whole truck on fire, I decided to check my PS hoses and I found a hose ready to blow at any second.

So I went to my ever growing parts shelf and found the replacement hose and replaced it before something bad happened. Hopefully Juan won't be yelling "Fire,Fire,Fire" on this trip.

sad I can not go. Lately, every second of my spare time hhas been invested in remodeling my new shop, for work. would love to go and check it out. outside of the obvious, I haven't even had time to assess the last bit of damages

have fun. as soon as I am up and running, I will head down and make sure you guys didn't miss any trails

Take care of whats needed first, once the shop is done we will need the space for the tear down/reassembly.

Once your rover is done, its time to kick Hot Springs ***!
