Default serious question about H/G's

Hey guys, I was just checking out Disco Sam's thread about H/G's and realised that the water jackets are on the outside two cylinders, so does that mean that if you have coolant in the middle two cylinders it is more likely to be a cracked block or am I just freaking out for no reason? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

It means you need to pull the heads for a visual inspection instead of guessing, which is usually wrong anyway.
