Default Smoke from the oil cap

Hey guys,
Really like reading all the posts on here.
There is lots of smoke coming out from my oil cap.
Does this mean my engine is toast? rings ?
Car still has pretty good power and no engine overheating issues.

Thank you and hope you all have a wonderful week

Smoke from the oil cap? Should be good for another 100k miles. Yours is a diesel, correct?

Yes Diesel. When I open the oil cap or lift the dip stick there is white smoke.
Should I post a video?

if the white smoke smells sweet like engine coolant than you have a problem. if it smells like oil, you're probably ok. diesels run hot. could be normal.
