Sold the Rover. Fare the well (or not).
I sold my D2. No big reason, just got a wandering eye.
Bought a 2010 Tacoma with some really nice mods (e.g., King coilovers and Total Chaos upper control arms). Of course it has a stock rear locker and TC too. Pics below just to make this thread worthwhile...
Had a real adventure, flew to CA, checked it out, bought it, flew home, now it's being shipped to TN. Fingers crossed.
Maybe you Rover snobs will still let me wheel with you.

Shipping is $1200. When buying a $30k truck, that's not a deal breaker. If I add shipping to the price I gave him for his mods, I still got them for about 60 cents on the dollar. And the truck was about $3k less than any local listings. So, yes, even with shipping I got a great deal on the truck (has 12k miles) and mods (6k miles).
