Sort of URGENT Engine Info needed CONNECTING ROD HOUSING BORE SIZE

I assume by "connecting rod housing bore size" they mean big end bore.
I did find this
Big-end bearings
Big-end bearing diametrical clearance...0.015 to 0.055 mm 0.0006 to 0.0021 in
Oversizes......................................... ..........0.254, 0.508 mm 0.01, 0.02 in
End-float on journal.................................0.15 to 0.36 mm 0.006 to 0.01 in
That's all I find in the 4.0 & 4.6 LITRE V8 ENGINE overhaul manual.

Thanks for grabbing that info and taking the time to post it. They mean, basically, the spec. diameter of the rings and to what extent any oval is within spec. I don't have any shops around me that do LR engines, but this shop had no qualms when they saw that it was basically a modified Buick 215--the owner and head machinist is 70 and has worked on "hundreds of them". They have a wall of manuals and I went over today showing them everything I could find, and they were astonished that there was no published "Connecting Rod Housing Bore" size for our engines. I am not astonished because I have never heard that term before but after they showed me the manuals with that info on literally hundreds of engine types, I was a little astonished. Since I can't find it anywhere on the internet, my astonishment is growing.
I suspect this is going to end up being something that is not checked at the shop, without a spec., and slapped back in the otherwise new engine... unless I can find the spec.
I am not a mechanic or a machinist, but it seems that you would measure to the jointed ends of the rods then spin your meter and see if, and to what extent, any other measurement within the ring is smaller.. then worry about the permissible tolerance. But, I am not a machinist.
The connecting rod housing bore size is also called conrod bore size, and crank or conrod tunnel size, which is very interesting but I still haven't found the answer.
I read a Porsche forum where they had to take apart a new engine (from a new car) to report the measurement to the forum. Wow.

I took my printed copy of the RAVE and the Overhaul manual with me and then searched both on my computer. Can't find it.

im only looking at it on my phone but it looks like everything you need is in section 2 of the 4.0 &4.6 litre overhaul manual.
I have never heard the term connecting rod housing bore size also i would have to assume they are talking about the crank size of the rod

Those are the figures for the journal and the distance between the conrods but not diameter of the rings (though you could loosely calculate them from the journal plus bearings... But that's not good enough).
