Default Squeaky wheel

So I have a 98 Discovery that I bought used last summer. Its got about 80,000 miles and im tackling problems one at a time. Heres the problem. Ill take my car out and maybe like 10 minutes later ill be at a light and I start going and my wheel squeaks faster and faster as I speed up until im going a decent speed. When I'm in stop and go traffic it will squeak(sometimes really loud) UNLESS I am braking. When I brake it stops. If I roll or give it gas it squeaks.(at slow speeds) Also it doesnt happen until a few minutes after im driving. It doesnt happen at the stop sign 1/4 mile from my driveway for example. Any Ideas Guys? Ways to remedy?

I'm thinking a wheel bearing but I'm not very familiar with thedrivetrain on these vehicles (yet). Did you ever solve your overheating problem?

Or you may have a caliper hanging up allowing the brake pad to drag a little.

98roverguy:
I brought the radiator in to be looked at and they said it was in good condition but it needed to be cleaned out(there was only about 20% flow they told me) so they boiled it or whatever they do. I was able to drive a half hour home today in scorching heat with the air on and it didnt overheat. hopefully by taking better care of the car than the previous owner I wont have to worry about replacing the radiator or overheating. thanks alot for your help.
