Why not just call Justin on Monday and place the order over the phone. Also that way you will know if your stuff is in stock. It's not going to ship until monday or tuesday anyhow.
I live 45 minutes away from them and shipping would have been $70 so I'm guessing it will be around $90 from NY to CO.

Yeah call Justin, great guy and he'll let you know the answer to all your questions.
A lift kit is really really heavy, its going to be a good amount to ship.
When I order heavy stuff I usually wait until there is a free shipping offer. Not sure if Lucky 8 does that since they're petty small but, you could ask Justin. However, it sounds like you're pretty anxious to get it so maybe the shipping is worth it?

If you can't afford to have it shipped, what is the purpose of the question? Are you going to go pick it up yourself? And in a vehicle that gets ~ 15mpg with premium gas at $3.00 a gallon, will that be less than shipping? Why do you ask such ridiculous questions all the time? Better yet, why do we all keep replying? If I throw a stick, will you go away?

You might also ask Justin if he is stocking the new OME Sport Shocks, if he is, you might want to look into them as a up grade.
