Default Tensioner Pulley Noise??????

Just replaced my serp belt a few weeks ago and since then have been hearing a nice whistle coming from the front and I don't think it's either of the idler pulleys... i heard there is a replacement/recall for the plastic pulley on the belt tensioner... I think mine is going bad. Anyone replaced just the pulley? With the upgraded type?

I'd do the following. Go to Autozone and buy the whole tensioner assembly including the pulley. The cost is about $45 and it takes 10 minutes to install. This comes with another poly pulley, but really it isn't going to make much difference.

Alternatively you can get a metal replacement pulley from NAPA, but then you just get the pulley and it costs about the same as the whole tensioner.

Also replace both the idler pulleys at the same time.

They never made any noise prior to installing the new belt. Is this new belt (from AB) putting more stress on the pulleys now that it is not as "stretched as the old one making the pulleys scream out for replacement?
