There are several LR OEM thermostats on the market... Most of them are white... In my experience the best one is grey and available at Lucky 8 for around $60.
The grey one runs 10 to 12 degrees cooler than the white ones from AB,
Again, just because it says OEM means nothing as there are maybe 4 brands that make OEM 180 stats.

I have had two genuine grey 180 in my truck this past year. Running temps are 194-195. Idle temps are 203-208. All new cooling system, water pump, and radiator. No air in the system. New HD fan clutch too. Temps drop to 194-195 once moving. Some trucks do run warmer than others. As long as it's under 210, you're fine.

I suggest you do a full cooling system flush, I find it odd you had two apparently dead thermostats. The flush will do no harm and at least you should be able to eliminate blockages as part of the problem. You want to flush forward and backward.
I actually had a good sized piece of wiring loom in my lower rad hose when I switched mine out.
