Default Toddco whats up?? Wheres my package?

Order a body lift a week and a half ago on the 8th, he issued a shipping ticket on the 13th that was priority 2-day and it hasn't even been picked up. I have e-mailed him and tried calling him numerous times. No response in any way. I searched to see if he is still in business but the only threads I could find on him were back in 2010 and at that time all his customers were happy.

So my question? Is he still in business? Does anyone know him personally, did something happen? I know life happens and if something happened and he didn't get it out I am okay with that I just want them.

Any input would be appreciated. I don't want to have to initiate a charge back, I want the lift. But I can just make them if I knew it would have taken this long. I was just willing to forgo the cash to save the trouble and time.

I also don't know what section to post this in so I am going to apologize in advance for the multiple threads... just looking for some answers.

From my experience that's just how todcco does business. I've been through a similar situation. Ordered a flange kit and it wasn't showing up. I called and emailed multiple times, with no response. Finally got an email from them that said UPS lost the package. I replied with more questions but never received a response back. The "kit" showed up 2 was later, but was flange only. No nut or washer included like the pic on their site. Once again I called twice a day for a week with no answer or call back. Needless to say Lucky8 sold me my next flange kit and it showed up quick with everything included.

I opened a dispute, I should have just added the Terrafirma spacers to my Atlantic British order, but I always like helping the little guy if I can... Oh well.

I shot Justin an email just now about some shock spacers.

Shame really...

I have sold tons of stuff on online classifieds and Ebay, you don't go into the selling business if you can't commit to shipping reliably.

Sad really, if you think this is bad you wanna try France (the vendors think THEY are doing YOU the favour ). I have never, repeat never, had a contractor, parcel, delivery or goods turn up here on the stated delivery time or date. They can be anything up to a week late even if they remember at all but when they finally, repeat finally, turn up they certainly want their cash PDQ if not immediately. I'm awaiting a contractor turning up this morning since 08.00 but still waiting after 11.00 and have just telephoned them, "oh, sorry, after lunch I'm in a meeting for my planning", was the answer. (planning!!!, what a laugh they couldn't plan their way out of a wet paper bag ) Lazy bunch of ignorant 'bar stewards' an e-mail or telephone call takes 45 seconds. I wouldn't mind but I've got far more important matters to deal with at present. No wonder France is in recession for months and going down the toilet pan faster than a rat up a drainpipe.

It is strange, really, how some places are able to continue to stay in business with such poor customer service. I understand that there are a few situations that are accidentally missed/forgotten, whatever (it happens) Toddco was hit and miss, for me. Couple of years ago, I made a small purchase through them and presto...@ my doorstep, no problems. A few months ago I called, emailed, called, and emailed again, wanting to purchase some steering components..... Still awaiting response.
I could be a 1 off. Just my experience.

Update. These jokers never appeared after lunchtime (no surprise there really ) so I telephoned the useless piece of dog sh!te and asked where they were, he stated "due to the rain last week he cannot make it until 17th November" the joke is we had 2 days of rain to which he agreed but didn't change his 'party line'. I said cancel the contract and I'll collect my deposit later this week, he was surprised that I had cancelled but not that bothered. Ignorance and attitudinal problem all rolled into one. I told him I'll employ a good Polski or UK contractor instead as I can never rely on the French contractors as they tell too many lies habitually.

(they don't realise I spent 45 years in the construction industry and have heard the full encyclopaedia of excuses of 'why nots'.
