Yes I have. Had someone toggle it for me while I did a 360 to see if I could see what it was for. No...no...no one got ejected. LOL

LOL! I was hoping for the NOS, although I don't remember too many Discovery's in The Fast and The Furious

Did the wires lead anywhere? That's a pretty generic toggle, could've been aux lights up front? Or a work light in back?

Its a Hummer zapper.
Flip the switch and zap away that pesky Hummer! (For best results, aim at 22" Rims)
It was a huge fad a couple years ago.

Might make your front A/C fan come on to get a little extra cooling at low off road speeds.
I bought a Grand Prix GTP a few years back and it had a random toggle switch to turn on the electric fans to keep the engine cool when sitting in line at the track.
