Default Trails around Birmingham, AL?

Just curious if anyone knows of trails or dirt roads around Birmingham where there's decent wheeling. I have heard some people mention some "powerline" roads around Helena but nothing specific. Thanks in advance.

Hey I'll PM you details. My spot is much closer to town... don't have the exact coordinates on me, but there are pics in my album. I can give you directions to that spot...

Thanks guys. I appreciate the info. Do you get out mostly on your own or do you have a group?

On my way home from work, I'll take a detour through the Ireland-Cahaba Wildlife Management Area... fun network of dirt roads, some of which lead to the Cahaba River. Print off the map, sign it, and you have free access to the area... never been checked before, but you never know.

Thanks for the replies. I wanted to get out today but I couldn't see going out in the heavy rain... Maybe tomorrow! Thanks for the suggestions.
