Default Transmission Access Plugs

I had my oil pan gasket changed under warranty a couple weeks ago and while I was degreasing/washing the underside of my engine I noticed I am missing one access plug and the other is very loose and won't fit back in.

I see that the wheel in there spins when the engine is running. Did I cause any damage to the wheel that is in there with the hose? I have no idea how much water got in there. I didn't notice the plugs till I was finished. I'm going to call the dealer and get two new plugs since they obviously did not replace them properly.

That is your flywheel, it is just a hunk of metal that bolts to the back of your engine, it has teeth on it and those teeth are what the starter engages with to turn the engine over to start it.
Your trasmission also bolts to the flywheel.
Those are inspection/access holes for unbolting the transmission from the engine.
Should they be plugged? Yes. Will it hurt anything? No.

Okay Thank you Spike. One more question. Is it suppose to be lubricated in there? Maybe the water dried everything.. Should I spray in some WD-40? Sorry if it was a dumb question.

No such thing as a stupid question, only stupid answers.
No, it is supposed to be dry in there, no lube at all.
