Curious, when you installed the tee, did you spin any coolant? I can't spill any liquids when I work on the car where I live, so anything that requires liquid clean up has to be done elsewhere...
Clamps were from auto parts store, I dremelled the extra length off

Yes, not much and an old towel under the truck would help, you could clamp all three hoses before removing the tee and spill a slight amount.
Darn it. Need a place with a garage where I can wrench, spill, and clean up. Even a small amount of liquid will generate a ton of inquiries from my concerned neighbors.

This took about 10 minutes, do it at a grocery store parking lot
Do you still have a factory style thermostat or inline? How are you bleeding without the bleed screw?
Factory t-statFor bleeding, I raise the tank and let the truck run for 30 minuets with a few 3k rev holds.Stone cold repeat process two or three more times while topping the raised tank off.

Find an auto parts store. People always pop the hoods at auto stores.
