I'm going to replace OEM front driveshaft Monday with 1 I ordered from Tom Woods. Is it just a matter of removing bolts and installing new shaft? What type/brand grease should I use for ujoints?

Yes it is that simple, almost. You will also have to put the new clips in that hold the u-joint caps on. Yoursupposed to use a special tool but everybody in the world just uses needle nose pliers.
As for grease, any good automotive grease will be fine. I use "Green Stuff", you can buy it at AutoZone or Tractor Supply Company.
Make sure that you grease them after you install them and then grease them at every oil change.

Any good synthetic grease will do you well. Remember to grease the slip shaft and u-joints every 12,000 miles.

You made the right choice with the Tom Woods shaft. I just did the same thing. It should be ready to go with no clips needed to install etc. Just bolt it in.
