Default WATER? ON PASSENGER FLOOR

I just purchased a 97 Discovery with 90,000 miles. It all looked well until I drove with my gf around town and then she said water fell on her legs. I looked under the passenger side and noticed water? or some kind of oil is seaping through the bottomside? Possible AC leak? If so, the AC runs fine. Is this a major problem? How much would it be to get fixed? Should I go to a dealer or a regualr mechanic?

Is it oily like coolant or water, if it is coolant, you have a heater core leaking, if water your a/c drains are plugged.
If it is water, crawl under the truck with a flash light, look for 2 drain tubes coming thru the floor, one on either side of the tranny. Squezze the end to unplug them.

Craw under your truck and look for 2 plugs coming out above your transmission. I'll try to find the pic
