Put some new **** on there and see what happens. The Disco doesn't take well to being dicked-around. If you don't wanna pony-up for a new radiator, get on EBay or whatever, buy your pressure tester and see what it needs for real. It will get more than 1 use as long as you keep the truck around. And there are plenty of members that will sell you a used radiator if you don't want to get into a new unit for $200 plus. Even if that's not the source of the problem, I don't see how any good can come from a "JB-welded" radiator, especially on a D2 which is notorious for cooling issues. Sheesh.
