Default Weird Radiator Leak

Anybody seen this one? And does this mean a new radiator for me?
It must be just a tiny little pinhole or a crack. I can't see any holes. It leaks like this when the engine is cooling down. Not when it's hot as far as I can tell.
Took me forever to find.

Its from over tightening the screw that's is next to the crack. I believe that it cannot be repaired and has to be replaced.

You can pull the screw out and stuff the hole with RTV then install the screw again for now. When you install the new radiator, don't use screws for the shroud. Put it on with cable ties: https://landroverforums.com/forum/di...upgrade-59523/

For a temporary fix, I used JB plastic weld for the crack on top. And then shot some orange rtv in the screwhole. I also put a few washers to keep the screws from bottoming out. Worked like a charm. But I did end up getting a new radiator for a permanent fix. I'm installing it tomorrow.
I still haven't decided whether to use the washers or go with the "sophisticated" zip tie solution.
On my phone right now or I would give credit and appropriate links.

I posted about my zip-tie fix (I had to change my user name) right after I did it and it's still going strong 3 1/2 years later. By the way, I'm convinced the cracks don't come from the screws bottoming out, it's from the lateral stress caused by the screw threading into the hole. My radiator cracked adjacent to the screw hole as if it had been split by a wedge.

Thanks for the inspiration. I put a new radiator in yesterday and didn't even thing about putting the screws in it. Just the zip ties.

I used a plastic welder last year on mine. So far so good.
