I was having the seem issues with more to normal temps. My 03 will sit around 200-207 idle and 196-204 driving with the stock setup. I recently did a inline thermostat setup and I'm around 193 to 197 driving, sometimes up to 204 mid day in 80 degree weather. All the cooling related parts are new. I thinking that I might have restricted air flow due to the AC condenser fins are smash in due to the electric fan.
