I'm impressed by the creativity. I guess when you're in Tanzania ya do what you gotta do. The peculiar part is that the ad says "Just been imported from the UK."

I have to wonder why TimInNova was shopping for a Rover in Tanzania.

BTW, TSH 30 Million (Tanzanian shillings) is about US$12,900.
