White nylon tube that secures headlight to the metal adjuster is broken. How to fix?

On my 99 D2. The upper outside headlight mount/attachment point is broken and the headlight keeps falling forward,....aiming itself about 20 feet ahead of the front bumper. It is a white plastic or nylon tube that the adjuster ball end fits into,......and the other end is T shaped with two small Philips head screws securing the tube and headlight adjuster.

Wondering if there is a replacement part available, or, if not,....in anyone has had this same problem and been able to fix it with screws/bolts/nuts etc,....or, bonding the adjuster ball into the white plastic tube.

There are lots available online from numerous LR parts vendors, they seem to be a common breakage problem.

Old age catches up to all plastics sooner or later.
