Default XRAD'S C0449 connector: a GOOD place to start!

I can't find the post , but someone mentioned that they cleaned this connector and their codes went away. Well I had an intermittent front 02 sensor issue, chased it for a while until I cleaned this connector.

Just in case you are interested it contains connections for :
O2 sensors
pump leak detection
evap can
fuel tank pressure sensor
fuel pump relay control
ecu power
ign coil power
ecu to instument pack
ecu to self leveling
and more.....

This should be one of the FIRST places to check/clean if you have check engine light on!

TIP: you have to remove the connector from the mount before you can separate it!

Another tip: you can search the rave electrical and electrical library just like any PDF using CTRL+F and type in the connector notation ex: C0449

Brake fluid is corrosive. If you had a master cylinder/reservoir leak or spilled some brake fluid, the fan could have blown some towards the connector.

I see, I thought that plug would be sitting on the drivers side at the firewall.
