Hi everyone,
I have a 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport and I'm having an issue with the navigation system. The screen turns on, the navigation works fine visually, but there is no sound coming from the speakers — no voice guidance, no audio at all.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

• Reset the infotainment system
  
• Disconnected the negative battery terminal
  
• Checked all the fuses
  

Unfortunately, none of these steps worked.
Has anyone experienced this before? Any ideas what else it could be — maybe an amplifier issue or a software glitch?
