HELP MY SATNAV MAP TEXT IS CZECH INSTEAD OF UK ENGLISH!
Hi, just updated the SD Card for my SatNav maps via the link provided by Land Rover which uses an installer called LandRover-MapUpdater-inst. All appeared to work fine the installer identified my VIN from the SD Card told me the price, I paid and it downloaded.
Problem is text on SatNav now displays in Czech instead of English (UK). That said, destination entry and spoken directions are all in English.
Has anybody else come across this problem and, if so, any clues how to fix it? I have already checked the system settings and language is set to English (UK).
Helpfully, Land Rover has told me they cannot sort it as it was supplied via a third party website (even though the link to this is on their website and included in their instructions).
My local dealer says they are happy to take a look but charge will be 166.80 GBP per hour and it may well take more than one hour!
Also Naviextras who Land Rover directed me to do not provide any support - no phone number, email or live chat. When you click on support it simply states contact your local Land Rover dealer.

I reluctantly had to get a new sd card installed by dealer and after a battle got a refund from the supplier of the download update. Still left me over £100 out of pocket though!
