Default Air not cooling

I have a 2006 LR3 and the air is blowing "cool" but not cold. Added extra coolant, which it was not really necessary, but tech thought it may help, but it didn't? Any suggestions what to do next?

Are you referring to the A/C blowing cool not cold? If so, adding refrigerant would help if it is low, not coolant. Check to see if the condenser is dirty and clogged, the electric fan is operating, the compressor clutch is engaging when you turn the A/C on. The only way to tell if it needs refrigerant is to have an A/C guy put gauges on it.
