Default 2000 4.0SE - EAS Stuck at HIGH RIDE HEIGHT

While driving about 1 mile at 60 MPH, I expected my RR to settle into LOW RIDE HEIGHT.
But to my surprise, all 4 lights on the display began to blink and the RR went into HIGH RIDE HEIGHT.
The lights quit blinking after about 15 seconds, but they all remain on.
Worst of all the vehicle remains at HIGH RIDE HEIGHT all the time.
Is there anything to be done before (heaven forbid) I take it to a Land Rover Dealer?
Thanks.

Where are you located Max?

Your EAS is in fault mode and you're gonna need some sort of dedicated Rover-specific diagnostic tool to fix it. There are some less expensive EAS only setups, but I have no experience with them.

hey pt
I'm located in Ellijay, GA which is about 1.5 hours from Atlanta. Both registered dealers are in Atlanta. Tell me more about the EAS setups you mentioned.
Thanks

That's pretty wild..I've never seen one fail into high ride height. That would probably mean a bad height sensor? The compressor and springs are obviously fine if its keeping you up I would think..

Wow, lucky you....being stuck in "high" vs riding around on bump stops. I agree - probably a faulty (or dirty) ride height sensor....hopefully.
