Default 2001 fuel filter location

OK, I just replaced both head gaskets but can you believe I cannot find the fuel filter on my 2001 RR !
On my old disco it was near the rear passenger side tire.
On my RR, there appears to be something fuel related just above the EAS reserve air tank, but it does not look like the
standard type fuel filter I had on my old disco.
Is it located inside the metal cover of the thing located near the air tank ?

I believe, like the D2's, you don't have a fuel filter other then the sock in the tank.

I believe the "filter" is in the tank like Disco Mike indicates. GEMS have an external but Bosch I believe do not.

No need to start multiple threads to ask the same question either, thanks.
