Default 96 RR Driver Side Door Handle

My driver side door handle looks like it is broken. It pull out all the way and there is no way of opening except from the inside. When I pull on it the side opposite to the key looks loose and I think I need a new one. How a replacement work with the key? I have no keyless entry. i have to lock my range with my key and how is this going to work with a different door handle. I seen one on ebay but need some input.

Thank

I just opened up the panel and found that they small plastic piece that is attached with a phillips screw broke. Seems like it would be difficult to find just this small piece. Does anyone know of a place to find one?

Definitely ebay. If you don't see one listed look for somebody who is parting one out on there and email them to see if they have it.

I performed a temporary fix... I took the phillips screw off and crazy glued the piece back together. When I put it back together it works!!! I know this will not last long, but I had a heck of a time putting the spring back in place. When I took it apart the spring had been just hanging loosely because the plastic piece was broken. I am pretty sure I didn't even get the spring in correctly, but the only other way to put it back in and have enough tension wont work. It will not allow me to get the screw in place. Any suggestions?

Repair it correctly would be my advice... lol I've used glue only once until I realized how big of a waste of time it was.
