Default Blackberry Curve 8330 Phonebook Compatibility

I can't get my phonebook to load. I have the latest phone software for my 8330 Blackberry Curve and I drive an '08 Range Rover Sport. Range Rover website says the phone is fully supported, but my dealer can't help.
Any suggestions?

there is an update for the bluetooth system, phonebook was not functional on all phones when original software was released. however, if the dealer doesnt want to do it under warranty, they dont have to, in fact the bulletin says that the update is not covered by warr., however, if by chance it were to intermitintly not work, they might just replace the module arbitratully and then youd have the latest software

a copy wont help you, it says in it that its not a warranty repair, and can be preformed at a cost to the customer if done to include the phone book integration to the system
