Default Help - xenon headlight not bright..?

Hi, I have a problem with my '07 range rover xenon headlights. Last night I compared side by side with my wife's Toyota Landcruiser (new model) which also has the projector based xenon headlights, and the Landcruiser lights are much brighter, why?

Plus in case any of you have observed, the backup camera on the new landcruiser is much "brighter" even at night than our Rover's. Any possibility we can change our camera to better ones?

Please advice, thanks a lot..

Maybe herbulbs differs from yours, 3000k, 4000k, 5000k etc.and/or maybe she has different ballasts or wattage 35/50w? I'm sure if you have the same HID spec she has then they would be identical in brightness.
